The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis provides broad financial leadership to key teams within the organization to drive profitable growth across multiple domestic and foreign business units. This position is responsible for the Company’s short-and long-range planning, budgeting, forecasting and data analysis in all business segments of this fast-growing business. This position will report to the Chief Financial Officer at our Orlando based headquarters.
Essential Functions:
- Financial Planning and Analysis - prepare and maintain the company's short and long-range financial plan including developing and analyzing assumptions used to develop revenue, COGS, operating expense projections for all business units.
- Responsible for annual budget and rolling forecast processes. Develop and optimize automation of the process, prepare, publish and present monthly budget to actual reporting and analysis.
- Management Reporting – Work with EVP of Finance and Assistant Controller to develop, prepare and publish periodic internal management reporting packages with KPIs to monitor the Company’s performance and outlook.
- Customer pricing and profitability – provides pricing recommendation support and analysis business segment leadership for new and existing customers
- Support Investor Relations and CFO with preparation of guidance for public company reporting.
- Decision Support – Develop financial models and analysis of various opportunities and projects. Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to senior leadership for decision making purposes.
- Partner with and educate business owners, internal and external to ensure processes are streamlined and scalable.
- Design, implement and optimize tools for budget and forecast execution and ongoing financial reporting and analysis.
- Build, mentor and develop a high performing FP&A team to support the rapid growth of the business.
Job Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must have or be able to quickly acquire knowledge of company structure (mission, goals, and objectives), and policies and procedures.
- 7+ years of proven experience with an in-depth working knowledge and experience of public company planning, forecasting and analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, plus, CPA, MBA or equivalent experience required.
- Ability and willingness to adapt quickly to changes in business conditions (e.g., acquisitions, mergers, divestitures).

- NetSuite experience is a plus.
- Highly organized, with attention to detail and emphasis on accuracy.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America.
- Will not require Falcon’s Beyond Global, LLC to commence (“sponsor”) an immigration case in order to be employed (now or in the future).
