We’re looking for a hands-on leader to take charge of facilities and maintenance at a well-loved Northwoods destination. If you thrive on solving problems, keeping operations running smoothly, and leading a small, dedicated team — this is the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee all property maintenance, repairs, and preventative care
• Keep guest areas, kitchens, and event spaces safe and functional
• Manage a small but mighty maintenance crew + outside vendors
• Ensure mechanical systems, utilities, and facilities run flawlessly
• Be the go-to problem solver who keeps everything moving

What We’re Looking For

• Experience leading maintenance or facilities teams (hospitality a plus!)
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills
• Organized, hands-on, and ready to lead by example
• Willing to relocate — we’ll help with the move and housing
