Director of Engineering – Repair Process Development

Onsite multiple US locations plus 15–20% travel

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading engineering strategy across repair process development and production support
• Driving continuous improvement in quality, efficiency, and cost across MRO operations
• Overseeing complex engineering projects from concept through to implementation
• Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure compliance with the highest aerospace standards
• Developing, mentoring, and scaling a high-performing engineering team
• Championing innovation, new technologies, and best-in-class engineering practices

What we’re looking for:

• Strong leadership experience within engineering, manufacturing, or MRO environments
• Deep understanding of gas turbine engines and aerospace processes
• Proven ability to drive process improvement and operational excellence
• Experience leading teams and delivering large-scale engineering programmes
• Ideally a background in aerospace or highly regulated industries
