Engineering Director – Bristol

We’re partnered with a global technology leader with a rich history in a range of hardware-based applications.

They’re looking for an Engineering Director to oversee the entire product development life cycle for their new product lines where they’re looking to break into a range of new connected products.

As an Engineering Director, you’ll lead a talented team of approximately 60 engineers across multiple global sites, encompassing software/firmware, mechanical, and electronic engineering.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director you will drive new product initiatives and process enhancements. Playing a pivotal role in the leadership team.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Extensive experience in broadly scoped Engineering leadership positions.
• Proven experience in managing global, cross-functional development teams.
• Strong process orientation and Continuous Improvement mindset.
• Design for Manufacturing expertise.
• Experience collaborating with external parties.
