This position will lead the identification and commercialization of new market and technology opportunities across Class II, CDS, and HHR. This role is built for someone who sees where the market is headed and can turn that vision into a product strategy that wins. The right candidate thrives in cross-functional environments, translating data, player insights, and technology capabilities into differentiated products that drive performance and growth.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Lead product and platform innovation strategy across Class II, CDS, and HHR.
- Translate market, player, and operator needs into actionable product requirements.
- Manage the Commercial Insights Manager; set analytical priorities and integrate insights into product strategy.
- Partner with studios, product management, and technology to define and deliver enabling features and capabilities.
- Oversee specialty-market innovation pipeline, including cross-platform content and new cabinet concepts.
- Validate innovation and platform investments through market performance data and operator feedback.
Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise Needed for the Job:
- 10+ years in gaming, product strategy, or technology commercialization.
- Proven experience connecting technical development to commercial performance.
- Strong collaboration with studio and product teams.
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead through influence, not direct authority.
Nice-to-haves
- MBA or advanced technical/business degree.
- Experience with specialty gaming markets (Class II, CDS, or HHR).
- Background in both B2B product strategy and B2C player experience.
- Familiarity with innovation pipeline management or R&D strategy.
Software Knowledge/Experience Required
- Excel, Tableau, Power BI (or similar analytics platform).
- Airtable or project portfolio management tools.
- PowerPoint and strategic storytelling for executive-level communication.

At IGT, we believe compensation should reflect you —your unique background, skills, experience, and even where you work. That’s why the compensation range for this role is $135,000 - $170,000 annually, with room to go higher or lower depending on the full picture. We also follow all local pay laws and collective bargaining agreements, so everything’s above board.
