Your responsibilities will include:

Strategy:

Develop and execute business development strategies, identify new opportunities, collaborate with engineering teams, monitor industry trends, and provide sales forecasts.

Client Engagement:

Lead initiatives, build relationships with stakeholders, prepare proposals, and represent the company at industry events.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field

10+ years in business development or sales within the power transmission and distribution industry

Required Skills:

Proven track record in business development and team leadership

Experience with utility projects, contract management, and risk mitigation

Industry knowledge including smart grid, high-voltage equipment, and renewable energy
