Here’s the deal:

• You’ll lead our Maintenance and Housekeeping Departments.
• You’ll roll up your sleeves for small handyman tasks (or be willing to learn on the fly—yes, YouTube tutorials count).
• You’ll make smart calls about when to do it yourself and when to bring in the pros.
• You’ll oversee projects big and small, from touch-ups to major improvements.
• You’ll bring a mix of hospitality, craftsmanship, and leadership that makes our community shine.
