Job DescriptionJob Description

The Director of Business Development & Commercial Programs plays a critical role in advancing mdxhealth’s growth strategy. This role will drive strategic partnerships, in- and out-licensing opportunities, and commercial program execution across the company’s diagnostic portfolio — including the Exo Innovation Platform, urology testing solutions, and pathology initiatives. The Director, Business Development & Commercial Programs will combine strategic vision with operational execution, working cross-functionally to build scalable commercial programs that accelerate growth and reinforce mdxhealth’s leadership in precision diagnostics.

• Position is a hybrid in Irvine, CA
• Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences or related field; MBA or advanced degree
• 10+ years of experience in business development, commercial strategy, or program leadership within the diagnostics, biotech, or healthcare industry.
• Proven track record in partnership development, licensing transactions, and commercial execution.
• Strong understanding of molecular diagnostics, laboratory operations, and/or pathology workflows.
• Experience leading digital transformation or EMR integration projects is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Hiring salary range: $143,000 to $180,000. The actual annual salary will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
