Consolidated Investment Group (CIG) is seeking an experienced Director of Real Estate Asset Management to lead operations, financial performance, and strategy for our growing portfolio of multifamily and industrial properties. This high-impact leadership role is responsible for driving value, managing portfolio managers, overseeing capital projects, and shaping long-term growth strategies.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and mentor a team of portfolio managers

• Oversee budgets, cash flow, leasing, and asset performance

• Manage tenant improvements, capital projects, and vendor relationships

• Conduct property site visits and monitor performance

• Contribute to acquisitions, financing, and strategic planning

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of experience in real estate asset management (multifamily & industrial )

• Strong background in financial planning, operations, and capital projects

• Leadership skills with experience managing teams and third-party partners

• Graduate degree in Finance, Business, or Real Estate strongly

• Willingness to travel up to 50%
