Job Title: Recruiter – Legal and/or ERP Staffing | Direct Hire/Executive Search

Location: Yardley, PA (Onsite | Mon–Thurs Schedule)

Compensation:

Option 1 (Jr. level): $48,000 + up to $48,000 in incentives (OTE: $98,000+)

Option 2 (Associate Level): $72,000 base + up to $48,000 in incentives (OTE: $120,000+)

Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire | Individual Contributor


About the Opportunity:

A high-performing staffing agency with multiple award-winning verticals is seeking a sharp, hands-on Recruiter to join their team supporting either Legal and/or ERP-focused recruiting needs. This is a full-cycle recruiting role with clear earnings potential and leadership exposure.


What You'll Do:

  • Run full-cycle recruiting efforts for Legal and/or IT/ERP staffing needs
  • Act as a strategic talent advisor to hiring teams and client stakeholders
  • Source, screen, and place high-performing professionals
  • Maintain strong pipeline discipline and candidate experience standards
  • Partner closely with account managers and leadership to support client growth


Required:

  • 2+ years of hands-on recruiting experience (agency or corporate)
  • Strong sourcing skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
  • A positive attitude and passion for matching top talent with great roles
  • Must live within 40 minutes of Yardley, PA (onsite Mon–Thurs; Fridays off)
