Summary
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, organization, and problem-solving, and who can manage multiple digital marketing projects with a calm, proactive, and confident demeanor. You’ll be onboarding clients, managing design retainer requests, and overseeing SEO and digital campaigns, ensuring work moves smoothly from kickoff through delivery.
This is not a hands-on execution role, but rather a client-facing project coordination role where your communication skills, understanding of digital strategy, and ability to manage expectations are key.
Responsibilities:

Facilitate onboarding of new digital marketing clients and guide them through services such as SEO, Google Ads, and Google Business Profile optimization.

Serve as the primary point of contact for ongoing client communication, acting as the bridge between clients and internal production teams.

Manage and organize design retainer requests, ensuring deliverables are clear, on-brand, and assigned appropriately.

Track project progress using task management systems and proactively communicate status updates.

Troubleshoot issues, resolve client concerns, and keep conversations productive: even under pressure.

Collaborate with SEO specialists, content writers, designers, and developers to ensure aligned execution on campaigns and deliverables.

Participate in team meetings, report on account health, and help identify opportunities for upsell or service improvement.

Assist with occasional website project management (content collection, page structure planning, feedback consolidation).

Maintain records in CRM and project tracking tools.

Other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of digital project management or account management experience, preferably in an agency or creative environment.

Strong understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, and SEO best practices.

Proven ability to manage client relationships and communicate with clarity and confidence

Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities at once.

Comfortable using tools like WordPress, Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, Trello/Asana, Google Workspace, or similar platforms.

Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, or PHP is a plus but not required.

Ability to write and speak professionally, clearly, and with personality.
