Digital Design - Program Project Manager

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Description With excellent content development skills, the primary responsibility of the Digital Design Program Manager will work cross-functionally to interact with subject matter experts to build a strategy to create engaging patient-facing content from clinical subject matter, improve editorial and visual standards for documents and recommends new designs, layouts and procedures as needed. Manage reporting and ensure company resources are utilized appropriately and manage project schedules. The primary responsibility of the Digital Design Program Manager will be to develop novel approaches to content including messaging, form, purpose and publication. Additional responsibilities for the Digital Design Program Manager include the following: Responsibilities Include:

  1. Defines messages, ensures content is used at the right times, and manages the content planning process that health education information can be personalized for patient and family audiences.
  2. Build strategy to create engaging patient-facing content from clinical subject matter.
  3. Manages reporting and ensures company resources are utilized appropriately. Manages project schedules.
  4. Coordinates departmental project activities and ensures project phases are documented appropriately.
  5. Develops novel approaches to content, including message, form, purpose, and publication.
  6. Reviews, edits and drafts changes to controlled documents.
  7. Interacts with subject matter experts across organization regarding document creation, editing and control.
  8. Reviews and rewrites documentation received from clinical/technical staff.
  9. Improves editorial and visual standards for documents and recommends new designs, layouts and procedures as needed.
  10. Help drives new features and enhancements for prospective patients and referring physicians.
  11. Create web strategy through user research, consumer segmentation, competitive assessments and alignment with business priorities.
  12. Establishes feature roadmaps and release plans behind compelling business cases.
  13. Support team in creating the optimal user experience and design.
  14. Collaborates with team to ensure alignment of functionality/design with technology capabilities.
  15. Leads the creation of backlogs and compelling user stories.

Education

  • B.A./B.S. from an accredited college or university in a work-related discipline/field


Position Requirements

  1. Five (5) years progressively responsible and directly related work experience
  2. Creative digital design abilities, publication channels, including web and mobile, and to set up metadata, tagging, and search optimization.
  3. Familiarity with Search Engine Optimization keyword research experience.
  4. Understanding of content management systems such as Adobe CQ Ability to plan for the creation, publication, and governance of useful, usable content to optimize for an outstanding user experience.
  5. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Adobe and the ability to master other software packages as needed.
  6. Ability to juggle multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively.

Compensation

  • $60 - $80/hrly
