Digital Construction Manager\n\nCommercial Refurbishment Project | Central London\n\nA well-established and financially secure main contractor is looking to appoint a Digital Construction Manager to support a major commercial refurbishment scheme in Central London.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity to join a business with a strong pipeline of secured work, genuine long-term career progression, and a reputation for investing heavily in its people, systems, and technology.\n\nThe role will play a key part in delivering a high-profile Stage 5 commercial project, working closely with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors to drive digital delivery standards across the scheme.\n\nThe Role\n\nManage and coordinate BIM and digital construction processes across the project lifecycle\nSupport project teams with model coordination, information management, and clash detection\nEnsure compliance with project BIM Execution Plans and client requirements\nDrive best practice in digital delivery and collaborative working\nLiaise with consultants, design teams, and subcontractors throughout delivery\nSupport training and upskilling across project teams where required \n\nDesired experience\n\nPrevious experience in a Digital Construction / BIM Manager position within construction\nStrong understanding of BIM processes and information management\nExperience working on commercial construction or refurbishment projects\nConfident communicator with strong coordination skills\nAbility to work collaboratively within site and design teamsWhat's On Offer\n\nSalary up to £65,000 + package\nLong-term progression opportunities within a growing business\nStructured training and professional development support\nExposure to landmark commercial projects\nStrong pipeline of secured work and stable leadership team\nHybrid flexibility with 4 days site-basedIf you are seeking a new role within a forward-thinking Tier 1 contractor, we would be keen to hear from you.
