Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and mechanically inclined individual to assist our Mechanic shop in repairs on fleet vehicles. This role involves cleaning and maintaining vehicles, performing minor maintenance, and supporting the Lead Mechanic with various tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Lead Mechanic in repairs on fleet vehicles.
• Clean and maintain vehicles.
• Perform minor maintenance tasks.
• Work with heavy equipment and be familiar with hand tools.
• Consistently perform tasks involving bending, kneeling, and lifting.
• Diagnose and repair equipment and fleet vehicles.
• Maintenance, upkeep and repairs of large equipment and trucks.
• Reading schematics to repair electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance.
• Checking/Changing out fluids.
• Logging maintenance work. Qualifications:
• Mechanically inclined with a desire to work and learn on vehicles.
• Familiarity with hand tools.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and lifting consistently.
• 1-2 years of mechanic experience on fleet vehicle and heavy equipment.
