Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAbout Us: We are seeking experienced Diesel Mechanics to join our team for mobile repair. The Diesel Mechanics will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel vehicles and equipment to ensure they operate at peak performance. The ideal candidates will have strong technical skills, a dedication to safety, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are highly .Key Responsibilities:- Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on diesel engines, transmissions, brakes, and other vehicle systems.- Conduct routine maintenance services, including oil changes, filter replacements, and inspections.- Complete mobile service calls to repair vehicles on-site for customers as required.- Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and parts used.- Communicate effectively with customers and the service team about repair needs and timelines.- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a clean and organized work environment.- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies.Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in diesel mechanics is .- Proven experience as a diesel mechanic, with shop and/or mobile repair experience.- Strong knowledge of diesel engines, electrical systems, and diagnostic equipment.- Valid driver’s license; CDL is a plus for mobile mechanics.- Bilingual strongly .- Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills.- Ability to work in various environments, including on-site locations for mobile repairs.- Commitment to providing high-quality repairs and exceptional customer service.Compensation:- Competitive hourly rate: $18-$32 per hour, based on experience.- Overtime opportunities.- Comprehensive benefits package including paid time off and holidays.Why Join ? - Work in a supportive, team-oriented environment.- Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.- Engage with a diverse and valued customer base.
