Diesel Mechanic | Andy & Dave's Garage | Marathon, FL Family-Owned & Operated Since 1974 — Where Your Skills Are Valued

We're growing, and we're looking for a skilled Diesel Mechanic who takes pride in their craft and wants a place to plant roots and thrive — not just punch a clock.

What You'll Do:

• Diagnose and repair diesel trucks, buses, and a variety of motor vehicles
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues with confidence
• Perform routine maintenance — oil changes, filters, fluids, and inspections
• Use industry diagnostic tools to pinpoint problems accurately and efficiently
• Complete thorough quality checks before every vehicle is returned to a customer
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and professional shop environment

What We're Looking For:

• Located in or able to reliably commute to the Marathon, FL area
• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year of diesel mechanic or service technician experience
• Solid working knowledge of diagnostic tools and heavy-duty systems
• Hands-on experience with heavy-duty parts and components
• Valid driver's license
• A strong work ethic, a good attitude, and team-player mentality
