Key Responsibilities
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on tractors, combines, planters, balers, and other agricultural equipment
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance
• Use diagnostic tools, update software, and manuals to troubleshoot accurately
• Maintain clear, organized records of repairs and parts used
• Collaborate with team members to support efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment
Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an ag equipment or heavy diesel technician
• Strong diagnostic skills and proficiency in diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and drivetrains
• Relevant certifications in diesel technology or agricultural mechanics
• Must provide a personal tool set (specialty tools provided)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 75 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work in various positions
