Prestige Staffing Services is seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic to repair and maintain heavy duty trucks and equipment for a 1st shift direct hire opportunity with outstanding benefits.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform and maintain routine preventative maintenance and safety related repairs on all vehicles and mobile equipment
• Respond and assist drivers in over the road emergency mechanical breakdowns
• Diagnose pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems including component failures and repairs
• Welding

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Diesel engine/heavy equipment mechanic experience
• Welding experience
• Ability to perform DOT safety regulated repairs
