Diesel Mechanic

Job DescriptionJob Description

· Maintain and repair commercial diesel trucks and trailers

· Evaluate mechanical and electrical problems by using diagnostic equipment

· Perform routine vehicle maintenance and preventative care

· Check and repair electrical systems and accessories

· Check and repair vehicle heating and cooling systems

· Road test vehicles to troubleshoot problems and test repairs

· Perform road calls to make repairs offsite

· Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with company and OSHA standards

· Perform other job-related duties as assigned
