Job Title: Diesel Fleet Mechanic
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Waynesburg, OH
Compensation: $25.00 – $40.00 per hour (based on experience and references)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | On-Call & Overtime Required
Reports to: Fleet Maintenance Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking skilled and dependable Diesel Fleet Mechanics to join our team in Waynesburg, OH. This role is hands-on, with a strong demand for road service calls to keep our fleet operating efficiently. The ideal candidate is an all-around problem solver with experience in truck and trailer repair systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on diesel trucks, trailers, and tank systems

• Diagnose and repair trailer air, brake, suspension, electrical, and lighting systems

• Diagnose and repair truck air, brake, fuel, hydraulic, and suspension systems

• Replace or repair tank valves as needed

• Change and repair tires as required

• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and document service performed

• Provide road service support to keep trucks operational

• Ensure all work meets safety and compliance standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical training a plus

• At least 3 years of diesel mechanic experience required

• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings

• Cell phone access 24/7 for on-call service needs

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Compensation & Benefits
