We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Die Maintenance Technician to join our team in Roanoke, VA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the optimal performance and longevity of our die equipment. Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on dies and related equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with dies, making necessary adjustments and repairs.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
• Assist in the design and implementation of preventive maintenance programs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during maintenance activities.
• Keep work area clean and organized, promoting a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field .
• Proven experience in die maintenance or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with die design, fabrication, and maintenance processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to meet production demands.
