\nPosition Overview

\nWe are hiring a Full-Time Die Cutting Machine Operator to join our production team. This is not a machinist role—the position focuses on the operation of flatbed die cutting equipment, manual trimming and stripping, and careful inspection and packaging of parts. Flexible working hours are available, and the job is ideal for someone with prior experience in the printing or die cutting industry.

\nKey Responsibilities

\n

Operate and maintain manual and automatic flatbed die cutting machines
\nPerform manual stripping and trimming of cut components
\nVisually inspect parts for accuracy and quality
\nPackage products according to customer and internal specifications
\nMaintain cleanliness and safety of work area
\nAccurately follow job tickets, drawings, and work orders
\nReport material shortages or equipment issues to supervisor
\nAssist with other production duties as needed

Qualifications
\nExperience in die cutting or the printing industry required
\nFamiliarity with flatbed (e.g., platen, clamshell) die cutting machines
\nStrong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
\nAbility to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods

\n

Basic computer knowledge including MS office

\n

Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
\nDependable and punctual
