Job Description

Deviseur Construction Bâtiment (H/F/X)

Vos missions :

• Analyser et traiter les dossiers d’appel d’offres
• Réalisation des calculs d’offres et de commandes dans les délais impartis
• Optimisations budgétaires
• Suivi simultané de plusieurs projets
• Transmission du calcul des coûts au chef de projet exécutant
• Collaboration active à l’établissement du calcul des travaux, calcul des avenants
• Collaboration étroite avec les services achats et la direction des travaux

Votre profil :

• Une formation d’ingénieur civil ou de technicien de la construction
• De solides connaissances linguistiques (français et allemand)
• Idéalement, une première expérience professionnelle dans le bâtiment
• Une bonne maîtrise des programmes informatiques courants
• Un esprit d’équipe bien développé
• Le sens des responsabilités et de l’initiative
