Job Description

Adecco's specialist Property Services Division are proud to have been commissioned to once again partner exclusively with a Housing Association to assist them in recruiting a Development Project Manager work from their offices within South Yorkshire on an interim basis for 6 months.\n\nRole Purpose\n\nEffectively deliver multiple New Build Schemes on time, in budget and to the requisite quality standards and specification.\nActing as client representative for assigned schemes and leading the client project team; and\nAct as budget holder for assigned newbuild schemes and manage scheme cashflows and provide accurate forecasting of key development milestones for the benefit of the wider development team and business. \n\nCandidate Requirement - Experience\n\nExperience in the project management and development of construction projects\nExperience and significant success in, meeting performance targets and contributing to continuous improvement in service delivery\nProven track record in a position in the development department of a housing or construction organisation.\nCapable of delivering results to tight deadlines and under pressure\nExperience of successfully working on several projects at the same time\nA well-developed understanding of operational services delivery within a large organisation.\nExperience of managing project budgets\nA proven track record of cashflow management\nHave an understanding and experience of the planning system and Building Regulations\nExperience of writing clear and concise reports\nHave experience of delivery affordable housing schemes\nDemonstrate an understanding of the strategic aims of the organisation together with the broader issues of social housing\nExperience of Procuring Contracts and Services whilst providing Value for Money \n\nSalary and Benefits \n\n£(Apply online only) per day\n6 months contract\nImmediate start \n\nIf you feel this role is for you and have the relevant qualifications; experience and competences and you can make a difference at Vico Homes and you wish to have a discrete conversation, please contact.\n\nAllan Madden - Head of Property Solutions\n\nAdecco Property Services\n\n(phone number removed)
