Development Operations Engineer

Job Duties & Responsibilities   Transform technical requirements into DevOps processes. Build complex stories without additional support. Manage live environments. Identify and resolve issues that are preventing delivery. Build, deploy and operate sophisticated cloud platforms in AWS. Design, develop, test, deploy and operate platform to meet customer needs. Develop further expertise in the above duties & responsibilities. Perform other job duties as assigned.  Location This role is open to candidates working in Bengaluru, Ind (hybrid).  Basic Qualifications  Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field Minimum of 3+ years of relevant work experience in DevOps, Software Development or System Administration AWS - General understanding of common services and deep understanding of some services. GitHub - General understanding of Git usage, repositories, and workflows. Writes new workflows, actions, integrations.  Operating Systems - General systems administration knowledge of Windows, Unix, or both. Networking - General knowledge of DNS, Routing, Subnets, VPNs, IPs, Ports and Protocols, and concepts such as load balancing. Software Development - General knowledge of coding principles. General knowledge with at least one scripting and one programming language. Tech Stack – Most commonly Terraform, Ansible, Packer, GitHub, Python, and AWS. Managing container-based platforms. Experience with DevOps and release management tools. Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with cross functional teams. Fast learner, highly organized and experienced in demonstrating focus to complete the highest priorities  Preferred Qualifications  Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field Healthcare software, clinical trial management systems, and/or related experience Experience building highly secure cloud solutions in regulated industries is a plus.  Physical and Mental Requirements  Sit or stand for extended periods of time at stationary workstation Regularly carry, raise, and lower objects of up to 10 Lbs.
