We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join our team! You will resolve computer-related issues for our client.

Must troubleshoot things quickly and efficiently. Must be able to prioritize issues important to least. Act professional in office setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
• Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
• Recommend hardware and software improvements
• Track customer issues and resolutions
• Knowledge of O365 Applications / Windows 10 & 11
• Networking experience
• AV experience - meeting room technology - Polycom, ClickShare, YeaLink etc
• Digital printing solutions – Printex
• ServiceNow experience
• CompTIA A+ certified (nice to have)
• ITIL certification (nice to have)

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Positive and professional demeanor
