Job DescriptionJob Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Define requirements and execute design, analysis, and validation of electrical module hardware
• Lead technical direction and project management across multi-disciplinary teams
• Develop and maintain interface control designs, subsystem/component specifications, and documentation templates
• Drive resolution of technical issues and implement lessons learned into design standards and best practices
• Manage supplier timing, quality, and deliverables through collaboration and oversight of engineers
• Support sourcing activities, cost reduction, and product improvement initiatives
• Validate module performance through rigorous testing and system integration

Skills & Experience:
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience in electrical module design, testing, and release processes
• Proficient in technical documentation, CAD data management, and supplier coordination
• Analytical mindset for problem-solving and issue resolution
