Top 3 Skills: Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering, Physics, Math, or Computer Science.

• The most critical thing for candidates is having experience with semi-conductors and electronic modules. Looking for someone that can deal with ambiguity and operate independently primarily, Product development. Microsoft office.

• Advanced Engineering Principles & Theory: This includes a deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, or systems engineering depending on the commodity. Candidates must be able to apply engineering knowledge to design, feasibility analysis, and technical integration across projects.

• Cost Control & Performance Reporting: Ability to prepare and present cost-benefit analyses, track performance metrics, and manage resources effectively. This requires both analytical skills and business acumen to align engineering decisions with financial goals.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of microcontroller architectures, memory technologies, and programming.

• Understanding of hardware design and failure modes in electronic modules.

• Knowledge of vehicle serial data communications.

• Demonstrated proficiency in writing and comprehending software/hardware requirements.

• Knowledge of software verification/validation processes.

• DFMEA training

• Knowledge of software algorithm design and software architecture.

• Engineering Change Management Experience

• Electronic Validation Experience

• DFSS Black Belt Certification

• Vehicle Communication Tool Experience

• Wiring experience

• Design/Development of Safety Critical Systems/Components
