Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the design team across all project stages.

Ensure project objectives are met within defined scope, time, cost, and quality parameters.

Review and oversee timely submission of all design and technical drawings.

Coordinate with authorities, consultants, qualified persons, and subcontractors on all design-related matters.

Collaborate with the construction team to resolve constructability and site coordination issues.

Ensure design compliance with local regulations and revise designs as needed to meet client and statutory requirements.

Requirements:

Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in multidisciplinary (Architectural, Structural, and M&E) projects.

Strong coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Familiar with local building codes, submission requirements, and construction practices.
