Position Overview:
We are looking for a Design Manager, a hard-working focused individual who is goal-oriented, self-motivated and driven to succeed. The role will be responsible for managing the construction design process through coordinating documentation, tracking design deliverables, supporting risk mitigation workflows, and ensuring timely communication across internal and external teams.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-intensive environment and wants to be at the core of delivering complex, high-performance construction projects.

This is a full-time job with 5 days (Monday-Friday) 8hrs/day.
Required Qualifications:
· Architectural, Construction Management, or Architectural Engineering bachelor’s or master’s degree· 4-15 years of design management or design experience
· Expertise in building 3D modelling software (particularly Revit, SolidWorks, etc.)
· Familiarity with design documentation, submittal & BIM workflows, and construction sequencing
· Comfortable working in tools like Bluebeam, Smartsheet, Excel, and document control platforms
· Is a self-starter and can multitask/learn quickly
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Strong written, interpersonal, and oral communication skills in English
· Detail-oriented and strong work ethic
· Willingness to pick up new skills and technologies as needed
Qualifications:
· Data center construction experience or data center design experience
Responsibilities:
· Monitor the alignment between customer intent and final design execution, flagging gaps or risks to the key stakeholders
· Assist with quality checks on design packages prior to submission to customers
· Maintain and update design trackers, issue logs, and signoff registers for customer-driven scope
· Assist in the preparation and follow-up of customer design coordination meetings (e.g., agendas, meeting minutes, action items)
· Track the status of deliverables and drawing submissions related to customer fit-up packages
· Support the identification of risk hold points and coordinate the documentation needed to close them
· Coordinate between internal stakeholders (engineering, construction, commissioning) to collect required inputs and ensure alignment
