Design Manager - Industrial & Commercial Projects\n Location: Project Based On M4 Corridor (Reading, Wokingham, Slough) + 1-2 days/week in Kent office if Required\n Salary: £75,000 - £95,000 DOA + Travel Allowance, Private Healthcare, Pension & Bonus\n\n Key Highlights\n \nProject Scope: Lead the design coordination across three major commercial/industrial schemes in Berkshire, with delivery scheduled through to 2027. \nSite & Office Balance: Be based across active project sites, with the flexibility to work 1-2 days a week in the Kent head office if required. \nLong-Term Programme: Opportunity to embed yourself in a forward-thinking main contractor on a long pipeline of secured work.
Your Next Role - What You'll Be Doing\n As Design Manager, you'll take the lead in managing the design process across multiple live and pre-construction sites, working alongside internal project teams, external consultants, and subcontractors to ensure seamless delivery.
