Design Manager (Site-Based) - Temporary Placement



Rate: £400 - £450 per day (Umbrella PAYE)

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Felixstowe, IP11

Hours: Minimum 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday

Contract Type: Temporary (3 to 4 months)



Linsco are looking for a Design Manager for a 3-4 month site-based contract role in Felixstowe. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to a major construction project.



Key Responsibilities:



Initial focus on tracking and managing RFIs (Requests for Information) raised on the project.

Ongoing support to the Senior Design Manager, ensuring the smooth coordination of design and construction activities.

Daily collaboration with site and project teams from the Site Office- strong communication and coordination skills are essential.



Requirements:



White CSCS Card (mandatory).

Relevant professional or academic qualifications in construction/design management.

Proven experience in a Design Manager or similar role, preferably on site-based construction projects.

Strong organisational and tracking skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced site environment.



PPE Requirements:



6-point safety helmet (with 4-point chin strap)

Safety glasses

Gloves

Hi-Vis vest or jacket (unbranded)

Safety bootsThis role is based fully on site- remote work is not available.
