Job Description

Be apart of a cutting-edge company rethinking electric drive systems for industrial-scale electrification across Europe. Their mission is to bring high-performance e-drive systems into scalable serial production at an affordable cost. No noise, no fluff—just smart, purposeful engineering. They're now looking for an Design Engineer to help drive the intelligence behind their electric propulsion systems.

You’d be joining at a pivotal moment. Backed by three industry leaders from motorsport and corporate engineering, They're building a core team to take on some of the biggest electrification challenges. Over the next 12 to 24 months, they’re scaling rapidly, with software playing a central role in hitting the critical benchmarks that will unlock real market impact.

With a world-class team and proprietary hollow-conductor technology.

what electric drive systems can deliver:

  • More efficient: enabling longer range and reduced energy loss
  • More compact: allowing for novel, aerodynamic design freedom
  • Up to 50% cost reduction: making electric mobility viable for the masses

They aren't just developing breakthrough systems; it’s building a production-ready platform that can scale. To support this vision, they are hiring a Materials & Process Engineer who will play a pivotal role in transitioning the technology into industrialisation.

Your Mission in the First 12 Months

qualifications include:

  • Electric motor inner system design for mobile applications required.
  • Strong use of CAD (Inventor , adaption from SolidWorks/Catia/NX is acceptable)
  • Competency in technical drawings, geometric tolerancing (GD&T), and documentation for manufacturing
  • Experience of rotating parts theory, including rotor modelling and high-precision/design for safety.
  • Familiarity with sealing, hydraulic, and hairpin basket design (hairpin experience advantageous, not required)
  • Broad mechanical engineering perspective – able to understand both mechanical and systems-level integration
