Job Summary

As a Water/Wastewater Engineer I you will work closely with Project Engineers and other professionals to deliver innovative and effective engineering solutions. In this role, you’ll gain exposure to the entire project lifecycle—from planning and design to permitting, bidding, and construction. We offer mentorship, structured training, and opportunities for hands-on experience to help you develop your professional skill set.
Responsibilities
- Create detailed designs for pump stations, gravity sewers, water tanks, and water waste plants
- Heavy involvement in AutoCAD
- Checking on construction performance
- Incorporate Survey data into construction plans
- Project Design & Planning
- Permitting & Compliance
- Proposals, Documentation & Cost Estimation
- Construction Support & Bidding
- Client Interaction & Collaboration
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- EIT Certification - highly
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, HydroCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite
- 1+ years of consulting engineering experience
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
