Job Description

Kick-start your career as an Entry-Level Design Drafter - Engineer / 3D CAD / Structural Design in agricultural and structural manufacturing. Work with experienced engineers on 3D CAD modeling, drafting, and product design projects.

Responsibilities:

• Create and update 3D CAD models and drawings using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Tekla, or similar software.
• Develop building layouts, blueprints, and construction details.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing s to ensure accurate, efficient designs.
• Review and maintain drawings and templates for quality and consistency.
• Support new product development and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor’s in Engineering, Drafting, or related field.
• or design/engineering experience .
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Tekla).
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and motivated to learn.
