Design Engineer

Job Description

I'm working with a major manufacturing business near East Leake looking to bring in a Contract 3D CAD Designer for a 12-month on-site role, focused on plant upgrades and bespoke mechanical design.

You'll need:

\n
• \n
  Strong mechanical design skills

\n

• \n
  Proficiency with Inventor and Vault\n

\n

• \n
  Experience in plant layout, production equipment or heavy industrial design

\n

• \n
  Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit, Navisworks (ideal but not essential)

\n

You'll be working closely with engineers to resolve on-site issues and support ongoing operational improvements.
