- Collaborate closely with department leads (Design Lead, Print Lead) to balance workloads and align priorities.
- Support and coach team leads to improve communication, accountability, and overall team performance.
- Report progress, risks, and performance metrics directly to the Production Manager.
Process Development & Continuous Improvement (25%)
- Create, maintain, and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all digital fabrication workflows.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and cross-department collaboration.
- Analyze workflow data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for system or process upgrades.
Technical Proficiency & Quality Oversight (10%)
- Maintain working knowledge of design, large-format print, and CNC systems to provide hands-on support when needed.
- Ensure output quality meets Majestic standards for design, print, and fabrication consistency.
- Track and analyze material costs and total cost per project to ensure budget accuracy, identify cost-saving opportunities, and maintain profitability across production builds.

- Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned to support the Production Manager and company initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Strong background in design, print production, and/or CNC operation, with the ability to learn each role quickly.
