We're hiring a highly organised and proactive Program Manager to join the Private Brands team of one of the world's most customer-centric companies. You'll be joining a dynamic, fast-moving food retail division that focuses on the sourcing and development of high-quality own-brand products for both in-store and online channels.

What you'll be doing
As the Program Manager overseeing design and artwork, you'll play a key role in getting new products to market on time and in line with brand standards. You'll manage the full artwork lifecycle - from briefing external agencies and tracking workback schedules, to ensuring accurate stakeholder feedback and final delivery of creative assets.

  • \n

  • Liaise daily with creative agencies and internal product development teams
  • \n

  • Ensure SLAs, timelines and approvals are met across multiple projects
  • \n

  • Monitor packaging pipelines using internal tools and identify delays or bottlenecks
  • \n

  • Continuously improve and streamline artwork processes - looking at automation, offshoring and tooling
  • \n

  • Champion brand consistency and adherence to guidelines
  • \n

  • Support cross-functional teams to hit First-Time Pass and launch deadlines
  • \n

  • Contribute to postmortems, reviews, and improvement plans
  • \n

\n

Who we're looking for
You're someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-output environment and can keep a cool head under pressure. You enjoy untangling complex workflows, making them leaner and smarter. You've got experience managing creative deliverables end-to-end - and probably have a background in artwork, packaging, design ops, or product development.

Key experience required:

\n

    \n
  • Minimum 3 years managing artwork/design workflows in a fast-paced product or creative environment
  • \n

  • Proven ability to lead projects from brief to delivery
  • \n

  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, both internal and agency-side
  • \n

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • \n

  • Confident using project management tools and driving process improvements
  • \n

  • Resilient, responsive and confident managing competing priorities
  • \n

  • Knowledge of private brand or grocery sector a plus
  • \n

  • A strategic thinker with a pragmatic, get-it-done mindset
