Description: Responsible for Supporting the Project Manager and assumes full authority in their absence. Manages day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing contract deliverables and team coordination.
• Handle administrative aspects of program management.
• Provide customer support and resolve operational issues.
• Communicate with FEMA staff and stakeholders.
• Maintain standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in remote customer service and database use.
• S. Citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
