Dental Laser Welding Technician

Partner Dental Studios, an innovative orthodontic lab dedicated to excellence in dental appliance manufacturing, is seeking a Laser Welder for their growing team. This position offers you the opportunity to utilize your fine motor skills and work hands-on in creating orthodontic appliances. Applicants with dental technician or familiarity with fabrication of dental appliances are encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities:

• Operate laser welding equipment to weld small, intricate components with precision.
• Work for extended periods at a microscope lens to perform detailed welding tasks.
• Ensure all welding tasks meet the high quality standards set by Partners Dental Studio.
• Conduct regular maintenance and calibration of laser welding equipment.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Document work processes and results accurately.
• Assist in other departments as assigned by leadership

Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• 1 or more years of soldering or laser welding experience is highly
• Previous lab or cleanroom experience is a plus
• High attention to detail and strong hand dexterity
