CCDO Demolition Site Manager\n\nJRL Group ltd are looking for an experienced CCDO Demolition Site Manager to work on JRL / Midgard site in Liverpool Street, London.\n\nThis site is available to start immediately and is for up to 12 months in duration.\n\nJRL Group Ltd are able to offer long term / permanent work on a self-employed basis for reliable, good quality trades.\n\nAbout us:\n\nThe JRL Group is a leading Construction company that specialises in Main Contracting & RC Frames along with 14+ divisions delivering bespoke solutions for the most complex projects.\n\nJOB DUTIES\n\n * CCDO Demolition Site Manager\n\n * Supervising demolition team on demolition strip out of commercial office space.\n\n * Reporting to and working with the Project Manager.\n\n * Managing specialist Sub Contractors\n\n * Assess the quality of work that the contractors are providing.\n\n * Organising work schedules and maintaining worker timesheets\n\n * Organising and managing labour on site\n\n * Making sure that safe working practices are always maintained.\n\n * Attending everyday meetings with the management and other trades.\n\n * Arranging inductions\n\n * To manage the productivity and push the project towards the completion date.\n\n * 12 months work\n\n * 7:30am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday (10hrs Paid)\n\n * £ negotiable depending on experience\n\n * CIS / UTR Payment (No Umbrella companies / fees)\n\nEXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS\n\n * Minimum 2 years experience as a CCDO Demolition Site Manager\n\n * Valid Gold or Black CCDO Card\n\n * Valid Work Permit / Right to Work in UK\n\nAPPLY\n\nTo apply for this position please submit a copy of your CV to Gareth Richards or call Gareth
