Demand Planner – $4,500 / Central

Responsibilities: Demand Planning & Analysis: Generate weekly/monthly PSI analysis reports and liaise with Sales & Marketing for sales and inventory status reviews. Utilize PSI management systems (GSCP, GDMI) for analyzing sales forecasts and shipment plans. KPI Management: Track SFA/Channel PSI Coverage rate/Inventory management (DIO & aging inventory) and conduct model-specific analysis to enhance KPIs. Disseminate weekly PSI KPI reports to disseminate results and analysis. Coordination of S&OP Meetings: Provide statistical analysis of Sell-out and channel stocks. Engage in discussions regarding pending issues and action items with all stakeholders during meetings. Channel PSI Update and Analysis: Update and analyze channel PSI through Sell-out analysis, and review overall forecasting. Management of EOL/NPI Products: Stay informed about PRM and monitor EOL/NPI sales and inventory statuses. Inventory Management: Regularly monitor Long-term inventory and DIO to optimize inventory levels. Shipment Plan and Monitoring: Oversee shipment plans and shortages for respective products to minimize supply issues and optimize inventory levels. Requirements: Minimum Diploma or above in Logistic, Business Administration or equivalent At least 2 years working experience Able to work independently with minimal supervision Experience in Inventory planning and order management. Strong analytical skills Proficient in Excel and Power Point
