About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and collaborative professional to support our sales team with account-level buying and planning. In this role, you will work closely with both our customers’ planning teams and our internal purchasing and logistics departments to ensure accurate forecasting, efficient inventory management, and alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales trends and historical data to create item-level sales forecasts.
- Collaborate with customer planning teams to align forecasts and build strong partnerships.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels using demand planning and WOS (Weeks of Supply) calculations.
- Work with the Traffic/Logistics team to prioritize incoming shipments and container flow.
- Support product setup processes and assist in developing Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Prepare and maintain reports and presentation materials for internal and customer-facing meetings.
- Coordinate with the Finance team to ensure purchasing plans align with budgetary goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in demand planning, sales planning, or supply chain .
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and forecasting tools.
- Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- ERP system experience is a plus.
