Functional Responsibilities

1.       Direct Daily Operations

·         Conduct routine inspections of conveyors, motors, rollers, and power equipment.

·         Execute preventive maintenance tasks to reduce equipment failures and extend asset life.

·         Perform basic troubleshooting and repair of low-voltage electrical (120V), plumbing fixtures, and HVAC.

·         Respond quickly to maintenance calls to support operational uptime.

• Operate power equipment (Raymond EPJ, Stand-Up Pacer, Order Picker, and Turret)
• Assist with watering batteries
• Assist with department maintenance projects

2.       Communication and Collaboration: 

·         Coordinate with warehouse leadership and operations staff to prioritize maintenance needs.

·         Work closely with other maintenance technicians to ensure seamless handoffs between shifts.

·         Support cross-training efforts to build team capabilities and foster collaboration.
