DBS Site Manager

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee the refurb of a school in Basingstoke. This is a great opportunity to lead a well-structured project from the ground up.



Key Responsibilities:



Manage works starting July 24

Coordinate subcontractors and ensure timely, high-quality delivery

Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations

Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and project teams Requirements:

DBS clearance (essential)

Valid CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications

Strong leadership and site management skills
