About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join a forward-thinking, safety-focused manufacturing environment. In this fast-paced production setting, your skills will directly contribute to equipment performance, reliability, and overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and respond to equipment breakdowns.

• Drive improvements to reduce downtime and enhance efficiency.

• Support equipment upgrades, installations, and refurbishment projects.

• Perform dynamic risk assessments to ensure safe operations.

• Maintain accurate shift reports, maintenance logs, and CMMS records.

• Assist in root cause analysis and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Report technical faults and provide recommendations to management.

• Monitor and manage spare parts inventory.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 / 2 or equivalent in Engineering, or a relevant time-served apprenticeship.

• Strong problem-solving mindset and proactive approach.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
