Role: Data Scientist

Location: Redmond, WA & Washington DC (100% onsite)

We are hiring a Data Scientist to join a growing team focused on advanced analytics, machine learning, and data-driven decision making. This role requires a strong blend of statistical analysis, data engineering awareness, and practical machine learning experience to solve complex business and operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, validate, and deploy machine learning and predictive models using large-scale datasets.

• Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

• Develop data pipelines and feature engineering workflows to support analytics and AI initiatives.

• Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to translate requirements into data science solutions.

• Design experiments, evaluate model performance, and communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Work with cloud-based data platforms and modern analytics tools to support scalable solutions.

• Ensure data quality, model governance, and reproducible analytical processes.

Required Qualifications:

• 3–7 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Analytics, or related fields.

• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.

• Experience with machine learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.

• Hands-on experience with data analysis, feature engineering, model development, and statistical techniques.

• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS ) and large-scale datasets.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
