We are looking for a Data Scientist / Integrator to support mission-critical operations at Camp Lejeune. This role requires someone who is a sharp, tech-savvy professional who thrives at the intersection of advanced analytics, AI/ML, and military operations. This position puts you on the front lines of shaping how data drives decisions across modern conflict domains.

What Youll Be Doing

• Deliver real-time, operational data insights during exercises and mission planning
• Build dashboards, models, and automation that turn raw data into warfighting advantage
• Integrate information streams using platforms like Palantir, ArcGIS, and Python-based AI tools
• Collaborate with planners, intel professionals, and command staff to bring data into every decision
• Innovatedeveloping new workflows, tools, and tactics for the ever-evolving IW fight

What You Bring to the Fight

• TS clearance (SCI eligible)
• Background in data science, analytics, or applied AI/ML (military or commercial)
• Proficiency with tools like Palantir, ArcGIS, Python, Power BI, and Excel
• Ability to simplify complex data for operational decision-makers
• Self-starter with strong collaboration skills and comfort in a fast-paced mission environment

What Would Make You Stand Out

• DoD, GEOINT, or multi-domain experience
• Familiarity with LLMs, JADC2 concepts, or operational data frameworks
• Relevant certs (PMP, GISP, AWS, CAP, etc.)
