ComResource is looking for a Data Scientist.
We need someone to assist in developing data-driven solutions, building predictive models, and delivering insights that drive business impact.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement analytical methodologies and data solutions
- Build and deploy machine learning models aligned with business priorities
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
- Translate technical results into clear business insights and recommendations
- Conduct testing, validation, and documentation of models and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and business stakeholders
- Support data-driven initiatives and provide insights for business decisions
Essentials:
- Experience with SQL and Python or R
- Experience building and implementing data science solutions
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Experience working with large-scale data and data warehousing
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Desired:
- Experience with BI tools
- Experience in healthcare, pharma, or related industries
- Experience with advanced analytics, metadata management, and data quality practices
