Job Description Tezza Business Solutions Ltd is a “niche” service provider of Software Development, Quality Assurance and Software Testing services. Tezza began its operations as Web Development company in in Overland Park, Kansas.Project OverviewThe Data Engineer/Scientists will ensure the accuracy, reliability & insightfulness of data that then drives business value. They will be responsible for identifying efficient methods to organize, store, and analyse data while maintaining strict security and confidentiality measures.Scope of Work Collaboration: Work with Cross-functional teams to enhance data collection procedures to include information that is relevant for building analytic systems.Optimize Data Processing: Consistent processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data. Performing ad-hoc analysis and presenting results in a clear manner.Ensuring the availability, quality, and security of data used for analysis and modeling.AI & ML: Building and optimizing classifiers using Machine Learning (ML) techniques and data mining using Artificial Intelligence (AI) and keeping up to date with the latest developments in data science.Policies & Procedures: Create and maintain best practice policies and procedures for business users; ensuring that there are adequate controls around that all data improvements are managed effectively and meet the needs of the organization.Documentation: Create and maintain documentation as it relates to system data mapping, and processes. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in data science, IT, Computer Science or related field with 5 Years Minimum Working Experience.At least 5 years’ experience working with Computing platforms, operating systems i.e. Linux, windows Unix & databases.At least 4 years’ experience and proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.At least 4 years’ experience working with data manipulation and analysis tools, such as SQL, Excel, and pandas.Good understanding of machine learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn and Experience with data visualization tools, such as D3.js, GGplot, etc.
